How we work

The little things we appreciate.

  1. 01

    Share the good stuff.

Found a great campaign, useful tool, or interesting idea? Drop it in Slack. Even if it has nothing to do with your current project.

  2. 02

Make it better, not just done.

If a brief doesn't make sense, question it. If you see a better way, suggest it. We'd rather rethink something than deliver it just because it was on the list.

  3. 03

    Keep people in the loop.

Running late? Stuck on something? Changed your mind? Say it early. Nobody should have to chase you for an update.

  4. 04

    Give credit out loud.

If a teammate's idea made your work better, say so. Especially when the client is listening.

  5. 05

    Leave room for life.

Have a dentist appointment, a family thing, or just need a different working schedule? Communicate, plan around it, and make it work.
